       鑑於毒品引發之社會問題越來越嚴重，造成社會上嚴重的脫序行為，且毒品犯一再的進出司法體系，除造成監所人犯嚴重超收，亦嚴重浪費國家刑事司法資源。本研究從受戒治更生人的自我需求角度切入，期以更生人的角度審視目前的制度，俾能幫助與瞭解受戒治更生人實際需要的協助為何？

本研究之研究方法包含文獻分析與深度訪談。主要由仍在所受戒治人、已出所受戒治更生人、與受戒治人關係最密切亦是對其最為瞭解之心理師與輔導員以及雇用受戒治更生人之雇主等四個面向，進行半結構式之深度訪談，探索受訪者之感受、認知，以強化相關資訊，深入瞭解筆者預設之面向是否與事實相符；之後，輔以質性分析軟體MAXQDA進行後續的資料分析。本研究發現如下：

一、針對「探討更生人復歸社會後所面臨的問題及影響」，發現穩定的工作、家庭的支持與心理諮商輔導，非常重要。

二、針對「受戒治更生人復歸社會後之需求及協助為何」，發現提供職業訓練、給與穩定工作與心理諮商，非常重要。

三、針對「由更生人角度探討社會人士對其排擠之原因」，發現回歸社會後受戒治更生人受到之排擠並不嚴重。

依據上述研究結果，本研究提出可行之建議與反思，以供受戒治更生人家庭、矯正機構、更生保護會、犯罪矯治學術、實務領域及相關研究之參考。
 

● English Abstract：

     Considering that social problems linked to drug abuse are getting worse, it has caused havoc and mayhem in the society and drug offenders return to the judicial system repeatedly. Not only has it resulted in overpopulated jails but also led to a serious waste of the national criminal justice resource. In view of this, the study is targeted at the drug offenders’ viewpoint of personal requirements so as to examine the existing system from the ex-offenders’ perspective, as well as offer support and understand drug offenders’ actual requirements.
     The study adopted the citation analysis and in-depth interview methods. It consisted of four aspects, including the drug offenders, the ex-offenders, the psychologist and counselors who have built intimate relationship with drug offenders, and the employers who hire the drug offenders. In addition, semi-structured interviews were conducted to probe into the feelings and cognition of the interviewees, intensify related information, and further explore whether the writer’s assumptions reflect the fact; subsequently, a follow-up data analysis was processed with the aid of qualitative analysis software, MAXQDA.

     The main findings of the study are concluded as follows:
1. For “the problems and impacts of ex-offender re-integrating into society”, the results indicated that a stable job, family support, and counseling are important factors.
2. For “the requirements and support of the drug offenders re-integrating into society”, the research also showed that job training, a stable job, and counseling play a key role.
3. For “the causes of social exclusion from the ex-offenders’ perspective”, the data demonstrated that social exclusion of drug offenders re-integrating into society is not so severe.
Based on the above-mentioned research results, applicable suggestions and introspection are proposed to the family members of drug offenders, Correctional Institutions, After-Care Association, Crime Prevention and Corrections in the academic circles and enterprise, and future researchers for reference.
