性謀殺犯罪現場特徵與罪犯人格特質關聯性之研究

目前國內對於心理剖繪技術的研究，其研究途徑皆以罪犯訪談為主，且主要用於罪犯矯治，鮮少運用於犯罪偵查及追緝罪犯。事實上，依據心理剖繪技的理論基礎：一、犯罪現場會反應犯罪者的人格。二、犯罪者人格（核心人格）不易改變。三、犯罪手法類似。四、簽名特徵相同。綜合觀之，犯罪現場特徵將可充分顯現出罪犯人格特質，因此有關心理剖繪技術的研究，其最有效研究途應從犯罪現場特質關聯性著手，始能真正發揮心理剖繪技術在犯罪偵查、預防及罪犯矯治之功效。 另依據歐美的犯罪心理學家指出一位女性經其一生，遭受到性侵害的機會是百分之十三到百分之四十四之間。而在我國官方的資料顯示，每年平均有六百至七百件強、輪姦案件的發生，但是根據專家的估計，真實的數字應在此官方統計數字的十倍以上。亦即我國每年所發生的強、輪姦案件，有可能在六千至七千件之間，此犯罪情況對於本國婦女的危害，殊屬嚴重，必須加以重視。 復於性犯罪中，最普遍及嚴重的情形就是強姦殺人案，屍體是最常看到的犯罪結果，其結合了強姦與命案二部分。因此本研究期藉結合心理學、法醫病理學、法醫精神醫學及刑事鑑識等相關學理應用，針對性謀殺犯罪現場特徵及罪犯人格特質關聯性研究，即以犯罪現場為基礎，對予物理性痕跡綜合分析研究（物理性痕跡係指現場有關之物證及屍體之法醫檢驗項目，含姓名、年齡、傷勢、死亡時間、兇器、死亡原因、可能病史等，非物理性痕跡係指心理痕跡而言），以及藉由罪犯及其相關人員的訪談與資料蒐集，綜合分析罪犯人格特質，再系統化分析其間關聯性。 研究成果對於性謀殺犯罪案件偵查之過濾人犯、縮小偵查範圍、連結案件關聯性及提高破案率將有實質助益，另亦可提供性犯罪嫌疑人之矯治及性犯罪預防與控制。 

● 英文摘要：

Currently the studies on techniques of psychologiccal analysis & description in Taiwan arare all focused on criminal interview,and they are mainly used on criminal correction,rarely applied to criminal investigation.In fact,based on the theoretical foundation of techniques of psychological analysis & description,a)the criminal scene reflects the personality & characteristics of the criminal,b)the personality of the criminal (core personality)is not easily to be changed,c)offense mechanisms are similar,and d)signature features are the same.In an overview,the criminal scene features sufficiently reveal the personalities & characteristics of the criminal.Hence,the best approach of studies on psychological analysis & description techniques should be started on the relation between criminal scene features & criminal personal characteristics. Only in this way can the techiques of psychological analysis & description function well on the aspects of criminal investigation,prevention & correction. According to the research on the topic of woman safety by crime psychologist,a woman to be faced with the sexual violate in her life is from thirteen to forty-four percentages.The situation is more and more serious in our country,and we must to find some solution to against these sexual crime. Among all sexual homicides,the mosst common & severe on is rape homicide. Normally the criminal result is the corpse,which combines both rape & homicide.Therefore,this research expects to integrate the applications of psychology,forensic pathology,forensic psychiatry,and forensic science to focus the study on the relations betwween criminal scene features and criminal personalities & characteristics of sexual homicide.In other words,based on the criminal scene,do a integrated analytical research on the physical & non-physical traces(Physical traces mean material evidences related to the scene &items of the corpse those the legal forensic medical expert will examine,including identification,age,wounds,time of death,the murderous weapon,reason of death,and possible medical history,etc. Non-physical traces mean psychological traces.). Combined with the interview with the criminal & concerned parties and information collection,we'll be able to analyze the criminal's personalities & characteristics comperhensively,and then to analyze the relations in between systematically. The research outcome will bring practical benefits to investigations of sexual homicide on the aspects of screening suspects,narrowing down the investigation scope,connecting relations among cases,and increase of possibilities of criminal case solving.Besides,it will also provide corrections to suspects,and prevention & control on sexual homicides.
