大數據運用在親密關係暴力犯罪防治分析之探討

2014年9月份發生了台大生張彥文街頭砍殺前女友47刀致死事件，原本的親密愛人變成恐怖殺手，其原因何在？有無具體的徵侯可尋，從民間到政府，從警政到醫療到社工再到司法，是否能系統性建立一套有效的防護工程，以減少類此不幸事件發生，並彌平社會傷害，站在大數據「深度應用、分析」的起跑點，如何善用政府醫療、社工與司法資料，透過類似個案資料庫分析，運用網站資源，研擬預防與預後對策，以防止悲劇一再發生，為本研究欲了解之重要課題。 本研究採文獻蒐集與分析、深度訪談法以及專家焦點座談，做為大數據運用在親密關係暴力犯罪防治的初探性研究。 本研究結果提出親密關係暴力增加原因的觀察分析、親密關係暴力防治遭遇的困境、親密關係暴力有關資料庫的盤點與未來大數據運用在親密關係暴力防治上相關問題的探討。 最後提出大數據運用在親密關係暴力防治的建議進行步驟，以及相關部會未來在推動親密關係暴力防治工作及資料庫建立的短期、中長期建議。
● 英文摘要：

This study collected the document collection and analysis,the depth interview and the expert focus groups.As the future use of large data for intimacy violent crime prevention preliminary findings. This study finding proposed the intimacy violent cause of observing and analyzing the increase, the intimacy violent prevention difficulties encountered, the intimacy violent about information bank inventorying and the future use of large data for intimacy violent crime prevention related question discussion. Finally,proposed the use of big data in an intimate relationship violence prevention steps recommended and relevant ministries promoted intimacy violent crime prevention work and the short-term,long-term recommendations database established.
