Drug crime is the top sin of the whole crimes, and its impacts to the society is always a serious issue to the international community. Drug smuggling is the source of drug crime, and also one of the serious crimes of transnational criminal activities and international criminal organizations. Due to the highly profitable nature of drug crime, and its potential growth in the future market, drug crime normally involves members from different countries or areas. Hence, this study is planned to discuss the cross-strait cooperation on anti-drug crime activities through the signature of 「Kinmen Agreement」 and 「Cross-Strait Agreement on Joint Crime-Fighting and Judicial Mutual Assistance」, so the both sides can establish a cooperative mechanism to jointly strike and prevent drug crime and non-traditional.
