　　現今我國藥物濫用狀況嚴重，毒品入侵校園情況令人憂心，少年學子涉毒案件在社會上更是天天上演，尤其在法令及教育部行政規則針對相關通報、清查篩檢等作業均有律定的狀況下，學校在實際執行上卻不盡理想，顯然在政策的執行上有檢討的必要。因此，本研究主要在探討桃園市高中職及國中少年毒品防制工作執行，並藉由政策執行理論分析，期能找出執行上的問題，提出具體的改善建議，以提升學校對少年藥物濫用防制工作的執行成效。 本研究以自編的半結構式訪談大綱，訪談了12位桃園市校園少年藥物濫用防制工作的相關人員進行訪談，經整理訪談資料分析後發現，桃園市在少年毒品防制政策執行上確須檢討改善。

● English Abstract:

     Nowadays the drug abuse situation is serious in our country. The situation of drugs invade into Schools is worrisome. Teenage students involved in drug cases are staged every day in the society. In particular, under the Ministry of Education’s laws and administrative rules for the relevant notification, screening inventory and other operations are given law of status. The actual implementation of schools has been less than ideal. Clearly there is necessary to review the implementation of the policy. Therefore, this study is about to investigate senior and junior high school student’s drug prevention work in Taoyuan City. With an analytical framework of policy implementation, this research aims to identify problems of implementation of the proposed specific improvement recommendations to enhance the school for teenager drug abuse prevention in the execution results. Using semi-structured interviews, the researcher interviewed 12 people who were relevant personnel in executing on campus drug abuse prevention work in Taoyuan City. It is found that it’s necessary to review and improve teenager drug prevention’s policy implementation in Taoyuan City.
