　　本文以少年毒品再犯的社會心理因素為研究主題，蒐集相關資料加以深入研究和分析，企圖瞭解少年毒品再犯的原因為何，並從預防面根本性的解決少年毒品再犯的問題，避免少年毒品犯罪日趨嚴重。

　　本研究採用立意抽樣的方式進行，以桃園少年輔育院、彰化少年輔育院、誠正中學、明陽中學、及彰化地方法院觀護人室中，因二次以上吸毒違法而被收容、觀護之少年為研究樣本進行調查，以達下述研究目的：一、調查少年毒品再犯的毒品使用狀況。二、調查影響少年毒品再犯行為的「個人特性面」、「家庭環境面」、「學校狀況面」、「社會環境面」、「政策影響面」等社會心理相關因子。三、針對所蒐集之社會心理相關因子進行實證性分析，以找出影響少年再次吸毒及成癮情況的相關因素並提出對策和建議。研究結果發現少年最常使用的毒品為安非他命、大麻、和海洛因，吸食毒品則多與同儕一起吸食而其毒品主要取得管道亦是同儕。影響少年再次吸毒的相關因素則包括有感情困擾、缺乏因應壓力和處理挫折的能力、家庭督導、負向學校氣氛、在校偏差行為、師長反毒態度、出入聲色場所、同儕影響。影響成癮情形的相關因素則包括有家庭結構、父母教育程度、家庭督導、負向學校氣氛、壞學生標籤、在校偏差行為、師長反毒態度、同儕影響、出入聲色場所、是否進入戒治所、法律制裁、戒治過程同儕影響。

● English Abstract:

 
     The textual research topic is the psychosocial factors of drug recidivism for juvenility. By the collection related data, this text attempts to understand the reason that young take the drug again. And solves the problem from the preventive stratification plane which takes drugs once more.
     This research sampling method uses judgment sampling, and carries on the investigation to the juvenilities who are accepted in Changhua Reform School, Taoyuan Reform School, Chengjheng High School, Ming Yang Correctional High School and are supervised by probational unit of Changhua District Court. This main discussions of the research are shown as follows：
1.To investigate the situation of drug recidivism of juvenility which take drug.
2.To investigate the psychosocial factors which affect juvenilities take drug again at individual characteristic, home environment , school condition, social environment and policy influence.
3.Using factor which investigated to carry on the positive analysis, and find the correlation psychosocial factor which influence the youth takes drugs once more.
