　　臺灣少年刑事程序主要承襲於日本法再依據本土的經驗進行修正，近年來臺灣對於毒品防制之重視，除成人刑事程序外，少年刑事司法程序亦著重毒品防制與矯正。本文主要以法學文獻探討方式，聚焦於施用毒品案件當中臺灣少年司法程序以及矯正程序當中如何因應，並探討以下問題，其一、少年司法程序：少年法院（庭）如何處理毒品案件以及如何防制少年毒品制度，其二、少年矯正機構：少年輔育院與刑事司法機構如何實施少年毒品犯罪人之教化。

●English Abstract:

     Taiwan’s procedures for dealing with juvenile delinquency are mainly based on Japanese law adapted to suit local conditions. In recent years Taiwanese authorities have stepped up their efforts to counter the use and trafficking of illegal drugs by both adults and minors. With legal documents as my main source of data， in this paper I examine the judicial procedures relating to juveniles charged with drug offenses， as well as the related preventative measures implemented by the juvenile court. I also examine the judicial mechanisms relating to the reform of juveniles convicted of drug offenses.
