青少年藥物濫用的治療模式 Study on the Treatment Model for Adolescent Drug Abuse

  研究目的: 1.初步探討及發展藥物濫用青少年的CBIT團體治療模式及瞭解此種治療對藥物濫用行為的影 響。 2.藉由分析及評量治療中的個人因素(如:性格特質、因應壓力的處理模式、藥物知識、自 我形象、用藥情形等),環境因素(如:同儕互動情形、同儕用藥情形)及生物因素(如:身體狀況、承受挫折能力、家庭疾病史等)而瞭解有助於持續治療效果的因素。 3.建立本土的濫用藥物青少年的CBIT治療模式。 研究方法: 分3階段進行: 1.建立篩選及評估方法,蒐集及分析人格特質及用藥情形、用藥知識、精神疾病、社經地位 等基本資料。 2.向機構工作人員介紹CBIT治療模式,訓練及培育團體治療人員。 3.於少輔院中成立兩個治療團體,治療組及對照組。治療組使用CBIT治療模式,成員約為十 五人,隔週執行每次兩個小時,總共十二次的團體治療。對照組使用一般的支持性團體治 療方式進行。對照組同樣為十五人,隔週執行每次兩個小時,總共十二次團體治療。 主要發現: 利他作用、外現性人際學習、存在因素在實驗組中有較高百分比為前三名療效。團員在主觀的評估中,自覺團體實行後,對自己的影響為: (1)認知的改變:包含對藥物(41%)及自己的了解(20%) (2)情感的協助:包含情感的支持(41%)及變得心情開朗(35%) (3)人際關係的改變:18%

 

● English Abstract:

 

     Purpose?G 1.To develop a treatment model, the Cognitive-Behavioral-Interactive Treatment (CBIT), suitable for adolescent drug abusers in our culture. 2.Evaluate and understand the efficacy of this treatment model in juvenile offenders with drug abusing history. Method?G 1.At the initial stage, we screened and evaluated the personality profile, drug abused history, drug knowledge, socioeconomic status and psychiatric disorders in 30 juvenile offenders with drug abused history. 2.Form two treatment groups in the juvenile jail, both consisting of 15 juvenile offenders. One group underwent 12 sessions of CBIT group treatment with 2 therapists, and the other group underwent 12 sessions of recreational and supportive group at the same time, also with two therapists. 3.These 30 adolescents were evaluated for therapeutic factors after the group therapy ended. Result: Altruism, interpersonal relationship- output and existential factor are the three therapeutic factors most often considered helpful. Conclusion: The therapeutic factors considered to be useful in this study are as expected. The group process had provided enough opportunity for these adolescent to learn interpersonal skills and felt helpful forwards others. Suggestion: Future adolescent treatment group should include more interpersonal interactions, so as to increase their self- esteem and chances of being approved by peer.
