The main content of this research is to study the forgivenss processes, concepts and influence of incest survivors. There are four goals: 1. To study the forgivenss processes of the incest survivors to the perpetrators. 2. To understand the acknowledgement of the incest survivors about forgiveness. 3. To understand the influence and meaning of forgiveness experience from a survivor’s perspective. 4. To provide future suggestions and directions for professional helpers. A narrative research holistic-content perspective was adopted to conduct a half-structured in-depth interview by purposive sampling of 3 participants. Their forgiveness processes, acknowledgement, and influence were listed below: 1. There were four stages of their forgiveness: victim stage, oppressive stage, chaotic stage, letting go stage. 2. There were 5 cognitive concepts about forgiveness: (1). It was a conflictual, paradoxical and repetitive process of forgiving and not forgiving. (2). Not only forgive the perpetrator but also forgive one's self . (3). Not only forgive the perpetrator but also forgive the direct/non-direct significant others. (4). Forgiveness is a continuous process. (5). We have God's forgiveness before we can forgive ourselves. 3. There were three different influences: rebuild family relationship, understand the reaction of the post-trauma of the sexual abuse, come up with positive interpretation. My research also found that 1. It was very difficult for survivors to admit the facts and emotions about them. Not until they could have supportive resources did they have courage to accept the facts and emotions. 2. Happening of the key event helped facilitate the forgiveness processes. The participants started to deal with personal issues, cognition and emotions towards related others when key event happened.
