性侵害加害人處遇人員工作壓力與情緒管理之相關性探討 The Relationships between Job Stress and Emotion Management among Professional Medical Members in Charge of Treatment for Sexual Offenders

  目的:本研究旨在探討性侵害加害人處遇人員不同個人背景變項、對其工作壓力與情緒管理間的關係,據以提供性侵害加害人處遇人員有效管理情緒以化解工作壓力之參考。
方法:本研究採問卷調查法,以衛生福利部中彰投地區衛生局從事性侵害加害人處遇人員為研究對象,收案共計110人。本研究工具採自編量表的「性侵害加害人處遇人員壓力與情緒管理調查問卷」,本量表共有﹕(一)個人基本資料表、(二)工作壓力量表、(三)情緒管理量表等三部份;問卷擬定完成後,採用五位專家效度,加強問卷的正確性。資料收集在徵得符合收案條件之研究對象同意後填寫同意書,再開始進行施測,發出110份問卷,有效問卷98份,有效問卷回收率89.09%。並採用SPSS 17.0統計軟體進行資料分析經 t 檢定,迴歸分析與變異數分析對研究假設進行驗證。
結果:主要研究發現性侵害加害人處遇人員工作壓力之自我調適及自我期許皆會顯著正向影響情緒管理且具有預測力(路徑係數=.672、.551, R2 =.477,p<.05),其中工作壓力之自我調適預測力最強 (R2 =.446,p<.05)。
結論:本研究可瞭解性侵害加害人處遇人員工作壓力與情緒管理之關係,期作為日後在工作職場上,可能遭遇的工作壓力及其情緒管理,更加重視改善,進而提升處遇治療品質。

     The purpose of this study is to explore the professional medical members in charge of treatment for sexual offenders, to analyze the relationship between their job stress and emotional management, and to provide the effectively recommendations of their emotions to resolve the work pressure.
A total of 110 questionnaires were received from middle Taiwan Ministry of Health and Welfare (MHW) whose job is to provide the advice for criminal of sexual assault. The valid questionnaires were 89.09%. The data was gathered through valid and reliable questionnaires, being analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and linear regression analysis (α=0.05). The main study found that the self-adjustment and self-expectation of the person’s work stress were significantly positive and affect the emotional management. The predictive force (path coefficient = .672, .551, R2 = .477, p <.05), where the self-adjustment of work stress is shown the strongest (R2 =.446,p<.05).
Health workers undergo lots of job stress, especially doctors and nurses because their jobs are critical. Ghulam Nejad and Nik Peyma in a study found out that the major occupational stressors for nurses include lack of receiving reward and encourage, high workload, lack of key decision makings, lack of control over working conditions, lack of career promotion. Therefore, it is recommended that short-term training courses be scheduled and designed based on the concepts of emotional management.
