運用優勢觀點為基礎之團體於青少年家暴相對人之適用性與成效:親子關係之探討<P>An applicability and efficiency study of a strengths-based group work approaching domestic adolescent abusers: A parent-child relationship review

This study conducts strengths-based group work with 6 domestic adolescent abusers by purposive sampling, interviewing subjects prior to and after the group work, in the hope of changing their negative perspective on the family and parent-child relationship and help them rediscover the possibility of positive connect between themselves and their families. Then the study examines the degree of improvement by quantized questionnaire so as to confirm the relevance of strengths perspective to domestic adolescent abusers. The researcher uses individual interviews record, observer’s record, group work record and quantized questionnaire results as the analysis contents, analyzing group work record with macro perspective and the changes of individual members within the group with a microcosmic angle. The conclusions of the survey are listed as below: 1.Group members see the individual strengths, group strengths and family strengths via strengths-based group work and strengths-based group work makes a positive impact on the development of group stage. 2.Strengths-based group work can make domestic adolescent abusers face family issues with a positive and active attitude. Group work effectively elevates the positive feeling of the subjective perception of the parent-child relationship. 3.Using strengths perspective as the intervention principle brings forth positive advantages to domestic adolescent abusers. 4.Strengths perspective could be developed as the method to cope with domestic adolescent abusers. It not only can guides social workers develop appropriate intervention but also breaks through the predicament of the practical work. This study further makes suggestions on the practical work with the conclusions, discussing in terms of group work and strengths-based group work, and makes strategic suggestions on the work development in the future.
