家庭暴力與性侵害防治親子學習單之成效研究

本研究設計家庭暴力與性侵害防治宣導親子學習單,以中年級學生及其家長爲樣本,進行家庭暴力與性侵害防治宣導親子學習單推廣之成效研究。結果顯示,學生樣本對家庭暴力概念在「家暴報案在緊急時打110」達極顯著差異,「知道家庭暴力包括精神上的暴力」、「知道保護令分三種」等項目無顯著差異;家長在「保護令分三種」,「親子學習單能達到親子共學的目的」等項目達極顯著差異,「親子學習單能幫助日後教導孩子家暴與性侵害防治相關概念」、「家暴防治法適用對象」達非常顯著差異,「知道婦幼保護專線是113」、「知道家暴報案在緊急時打110」等項目未達顯著差異。學生對性侵害概念在「學到的家暴與性侵害課程能達到親子共學的目的」、「已學過的課程能幫助了解家暴與性侵害防治的相關概念」達極顯著差異,「從學校學到的家暴與性侵害課程能配合自己程度」達顯著差異,「知道刑法中的妨害性自主和性侵害犯罪意思相同」、「知道未滿14 歲的人即使雙方同意的性行爲也是犯刑法的罪」、「知道開玩笑如果有『性』的意思是一種性騷擾」等項目無顯著差異;家長在「未滿14歲的人即使雙方同意性行爲也是犯刑法的罪」達非常顯著差異,「知道刑法中妨害性自主等同於性侵害犯罪」該項目未達顯著差異。家長與作者之建議亦詳列文末。

 

英文摘要:

 

This study designs parent-kid educational learningsheets that advocate the prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault, targeting third and fourth graders, whom the researcher is currently teaching.Results from the study indicate that the sample of students who received the prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault education were different from the sample of students who did not receive the learningsheets. Differences between the two groups arose in their understanding of, attitude towards, and cognitive knowledge of the prevention of the domestic violence and sexual assault. However, whether or not the prevention tools were utilized, the ideas and suggestions from the parents and students in both samples can be important future considerations during the design of prevention education and teaching methods.
