English Abstract
The social workers at Domestic Violence Service Center engaged in victim protection and to serve as professional role of direct services; family affair investigators, the newly set up officer who works at the “family case center” in courts, aim to assist judges to investigate specific family affairs. Ever since the implementation of “Family Law”, quantity of cases received by local social workers gradually increase while the personnel and manpower declined, making Court’s “Family Case Service Center” highly depending on the assistant of local social workers, resulting in crowding out local social workers’ original services.
The domestic violence victims entered legal processing without clearly understand or knowing their personal rights and needs will result in losing the opportunities to ask for timely legal assistances and help. Court’s “Family Case Center” is an important place that provides litigants information and services, and the establishment of “Domestic Violence Service Center” offers a space and place for victims of domestic violence to stay away from violence.
