本研究旨在探究老人遭受家庭暴力之樣態、因應方式及老人保護工作資源連結、處遇方式。本研究以質性研究的「訪談法」蒐集資料，計訪問老人及其照顧者8人，另訪談五位老人保護工作團隊成員，訪談對象共計13人。
根據受虐老人及施虐者(老人主要照顧者)之訪談，老人遭受家庭暴力之樣態有經濟虐待：「霸取老人財產、苛待醫療費用及生活費用」、遺棄、情緒虐待：「誣告老人難相處、威脅老人」、身體虐待：「毆打老人」、性虐待：「強迫老人妨害性自主」等虐待樣態，另探討老人遭受家庭暴力虐待樣態之相關議題，如雙重老化，照顧者的福利服務等。
而老人因應虐待的方式有隱忍、告知鄰居等非正式資源，亦有透過里長、社工、警察等正式資源的協助。透過上述研究對現今老人保護工作提出研究者的反思與建議。
 

English Abstract:

This study aimed to explore elderly victims of domestic violence type, elderly victims of domestic violence treatment and links to resources and protection of the elderly treatment measures. It is a qualitative research and interviews were conducted to collect research data. Interview the elderly and their caregivers 8 persons , another interview five worker of protection for elderly , total of 13 interviewees.
According to the interviews for abused elder and elderly caregivers , the elderly victims of domestic violence like: Economic abuse: Treat the elder money harshly, stolen take elders’ property, abandoned, sentiment abuse, abusive behavior: beat up, sexual abuse. Also discussed issues related to abused elder like, double aging to caregiver and elder, caregivers welfare services.
Abused elder to victims of domestic violence treatment like, informal resources, tolerance, told to the neighbors , formal resources like, social worker treatment, district chief’s aid, police officers’ help. According to the study on the protection of the elderly, proposed the reflection and recommendations.
