以跨理論模式探討家庭暴力加害人 參加認知教育輔導團體之改變歷程 Application of the Transtheoretical Model to Discuss the Stages of Change of the BatterersParticipating Cognitive Counseling Group

  本研究之主要目的,在探討家庭暴力加害人依據保護令要求,參加高雄市認知教育輔導團體的輔導成效,透過現象學的質性研究方式,藉由全程參與18週輔導課程之觀察過程,排除研究期間未完整完成處遇輔導的成員,選取僅餘的兩位完整參與處遇輔的加害人,進行改變歷程的分析研究。

  在研究的過程中,另結合跨理論模式(TTM)的行為改變階段及URICA-DV量表進行輔導成效分析,結果顯示兩位分析對象,在行使婚姻暴力的想法、子女教育的方法與心態、經濟權掌控的問題、對保護令的看法及配偶紓壓行為的調適、看待配偶的心態與自我心態調適等面向,均有較正面性的認知想法與具體行為改變,顯現本認知教育輔導團體應具備遏止家暴加害人再度行使暴力之功效。

  經研究發現,計有4點建議,首先應增設家暴加害人訪視社工員或訪視員,以讓加害人在得知被通報家暴後之憤怒情緒,在有專人前往關心訪視後,能夠得到紓緩與後續之諮詢服務,而不再是目前任由加害人在家中繼續滋長被激怒的情緒,甚至產生報復心態,對被害人造成更大之傷害;另外因為法官核判每位家暴加害人應接受處遇輔導的週期數不同,對加害人的行為改變則有其明顯的差異,且會影響輔導團體的長久運作,建議法官在判處強制加害人應接受處遇輔導的週期數上,至少應強制加害人必須完成該輔導團體完整的課程週期,始可增加實質的輔導成效與更具體的行為改變;再則可邀請被害人參與認知教育輔導團體家庭日之團體會談,讓被害人有機會對家庭與加害人的期許上提出想法;最終在使用URICA-DV量表施測部分,應由諮商輔導人探用對話的方式,引出加害人的真實想法,避免施測結果失真。

 

● English Abstract:

 

     This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the batterer participating cognitive counseling group based on the requirement of Habeas corpus in Kaohsiung. Through the phenomenological qualitative research methods, we selected two batterers to study the stages of change who have completed involving cognitive counseling group in 18 weeks.
     In the course of study, we combined the stages of change of transtheoretical model(TTM) and analysis of URICA-DV scale counseling effectiveness. Two participants have showed positive changes on the concept of domestic violence, the attitude toward children’s education, the idea of money, the orders from the court, the attitude to their spouse and their self-adjystments. In other words, our cognitive counseling group did help the batterer.
     Here are four suggestions, first , we should increase the staff of the social workers , so anger at the batterer can be released by the social workers’ visit when the batterer was informed of domestic violence . It will instead of the more the batterer’s anger have , the more idea of violence to the victim grow . In addition , according to the different durations of the judge to the batterer, the stages of change on the batterer has its obvious differences, and it will affect the long-term operation in cognitive counseling group. As the result, we suggested that the judges should order the batterer to finish the whole counseling course , so the batterer will have a specific behavior change . Allowing victim to have the opportunity to represent the idea of expectations to the batterer, invite the ictim to participate in the family day of cognitive counseling group. Finally, the part of URICA-DV scale tese, the way of dialogue between the counselers and the batterer is suggested, to guide the batterer real thoughts and avoid distorting results of the tests.
