　　依據內政部家庭暴力防治委員會統計數據不斷劇增，危機爆發的頻率也變的越來越多，如經濟危機、感情危機、行為危機、生命週期危機和異常危機等，壓力產生，情緒不穩定，無法妥協調適排解，若能善用掌握控制作業風險管理之風險評估，以探討可能之風險因素及產生危幾之可能原因，進而協助預測引爆家庭危機問題的可能性，經由專家訪談的方式確認影響家庭暴力之危機相關因素及衝擊，並依據家暴提出改善建議，再經由受虐者進行問卷分析後，確認所提出之改善方案是否可行，最後提出改善防範與處理之可行性方案，期望對於有產生家庭暴力之家庭，如何勇於面對改善目前困境，保護自己，並給予一般家庭建議與防範。

● English Abstract:

     According to the Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Prevention Committee, Ministry of Interior, that domestic violence incidence keep on rising with the time goes on. The probable causes which might trigger the crisis to breakout are as following: economical, relationship, behavioral, family life cycle and abnormal incident. This research took the Risk Evaluation of the Operational Risk Management to confirm the cause and impact of domestic violence via relative experts of this field. In the same time, the possible solutions for solving these crisis’ were generated by those experts as well. Then this research took them to design the questionnaire and survey those victims who suffer from the violence in order to find out how they think about those causes, impacts and solutions. Finally and hopefully, this research might generate some feasible recommendations for domestic violence prevention.
