　　本研究設計了家庭暴力防治宣導親子學習單與性侵害防治宣導親子學習單，以中年級為樣本，進行家暴與性侵害防治教育親子學習單推廣之成效研究。
本研究結果顯示，學生樣本對家庭暴力概念在「家暴的報案在緊急時打110」達極顯著差異，在「知道家庭暴力包括精神上的暴力」、「知道家庭暴力防治法的保護令分三種」等項目無顯著差異；家長在「家庭暴力防治法的保護令分三種」，「親子學習單能達到親子共學的目的」等項目達極顯著差異；在「親子學習單能幫助日後教導孩子家暴與性侵害防治相關概念」、「家暴防治法適用對象」達非常顯著差異。在「知道婦幼保護專線是113」、「知道家暴的報案在緊急時打110」等項目未達顯著差異。
學生對性侵害概念在「學到的家暴與性侵害課程能達到親子共學的目的」、「已學過的課程能幫助了解家暴與性侵害防治的相關概念」達極顯著差異。「從學校學到的家暴與性侵害課程能配合自己程度」達顯著差異。在「知道刑法中的妨害性自主和性侵害犯罪意思相同」、「知道未滿14歲的人即使雙方同意的性行為也是犯刑法的罪」、「知道開玩笑如果有『性』的意思是一種性騷擾」等項目無顯著差異。家長在「未滿14歲的人即使雙方同意的性行為也是犯刑法的罪」達非常顯著差異。「知道刑法中的妨害性自主等同於性侵害犯罪」該項目未達顯著差異。另外不論有無實施本研究之防治宣導，樣本中的家長與學生對防治教育有一些想法與建議，可做為防治教育內容與教學方法的參考。

● English Abstract:

     “The emphasis on human rights” is the new global focus, changing people’s thought and contributing to the formation of various laws. Take our country for example. Laws such as the Domestic Violence Prevention Act, the Sexual Assault Prevention Act and the Child and Youth Sex Trafficking Prevention Act convey the meaning of respecting human beings and their own rights.
Needless to say, only at an appropriate time will advocacy have an effect. This study designs parent-kid educational learningsheets that advocate the prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault, targeting third and fourth graders, whom the researcher is currently teaching, and conducts research that incorporates the parent
-kid learningsheets mentioned above.
Results from the study indicate that the sample of students who received the prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault education were different from the sample of students who did not receive the learningsheets. Differences between the two groups arose in their understanding of, attitude towards, and cognitive knowledge of the prevention of the domestic violence and sexual assault. However, whether or not the prevention tools were utilized, the ideas and suggestions from the parents and students in both samples can be important future considerations during the design of prevention education and teaching methods.
