　　本研究以家庭暴力防治社工員服務輸送的困境及因應策略，針對家庭暴力防治中心社工相關科系畢業、具直接服務經驗者，並依不同年資、及性別，共訪談T縣家防中心9位社工人員及6未婚暴婦女進行質化研究。
本研究結果顯示：（一）家防社工員與婚暴個案個人特質方面：1.年齡層在本研究中可以發現，從焦點團體家防社工員受訪者基本資料表可發現中，以31歲至40 歲佔最多數；以遭婚暴受訪者共六位之深度受訪者，年齡以31-40 年齡層佔50﹪。根據上述的資料顯示婚暴婦女之教育程度與家防社工員有明顯差距因而求助個案都樂於接受家防社工員之協助；但在婚姻關係上家防社工員未婚者居多，是否可同理到多數30歲至40歲年齡層婦女之求助心理並對其婚姻關係之排徊和矛盾不一，給予尊重仍是有待加強。2.教育程度：因家防社工員學力普遍較為一致並偏高學歷易取得婚暴個案之信任。3.收入狀況：在本研究中婚暴個案普遍有經濟困窘的問題及就業上的問題。4.婚姻狀態：福利補助似乎偏向鼓勵婚暴個案傾向離婚為解決婚姻之唯一途徑。（二）角色衝突對服務輸送之桎梏1.關懷抑或控制兩難2.個案管理者是保固角色的迷思3.三角關係的心理遊戲這樣的三角關係往往是案主的心理遊戲或因社工員超越個人界限，反而忽略了案主潛力的開發和其主動參與和責任。4.能量耗竭的工作5.公說公有理婆說婆有理6. 專業自主的箝制。(三)行政作業對服務輸送之干擾(四)失焦的媒體壓力 (五) 組織缺乏專責資源整合及更新(六)婚暴個案以經濟陷困及缺乏其他資源居多 (七)服務供給主要為服務措施提供(八)缺乏個案量有管控機制(九)家防中心成了離婚中心的污名化。
依據研究發現與訪談資料分析，提出下列幾點建議：ㄧ、立法層面：規範直接服務家防人員以人口配置之比例。二、政策層面：（一）中央政府1.訂定個案危險分級簡易評定的標準 2.轉介服務之銜接3.整合全國各縣市福利措施項目平台仍有待開發4.採實証簡化紀錄（二）地方政府1.橫向整合2.重視家庭重整並提供家事協談服務3.建立以家防中心社工員本位的服務統計報表4.開放社工師事務所委外業務 5.加強婦女人身安全之防範教育宣導三、實務層面（一）增加社工助理人力（二）強化實務社工教育訓練。

● English Abstract:

     The purpose of this study is to understand the domestic violence prevention, from social workers’ point of view in service deliver dilemma and coping strategy. According to different seniority, nature of work, and sex, 9 domestic violence prevention center social work practitioners and 6 the battered woman have been selected from the domestic violence prevention center as well as to do in-depth interview in T county..
It is found that 1 Domestic violence prevention social worker and the battered client individual special characteristic aspect: (1) The age level may discover in this research that, domestic violence prevention social worker participant basic document table from the focal point association to be detectable, occupies by 31 years old to 40 years old most ; suffers the battered participant altogether six depths participants, the age occupies 50﹪by 31-40 age level. According to the above materials, demonstration of education level and the battered woman domestic violence prevention social worker have the obvious disparity and thus seeks help from domestic violence prevention social worker assistance, but the unmarried family guards against the social worker in the marital relations to be in the majority, whether they can seek help the psychology the same principle to the most 30 years old to 40 year old of age level woman and is not contradictory to the its marital relations platoon of one, gave the respect still was waits for strengthens. (2) Education level: because domestic violence prevention social worker scholarship is generally more consistent and the high school record is easy to obtain trust the marriage storm document. (3) Income condition: Marriages in a storm document in this research generally have the economical embarrassed question and the employment question. (4) Marital condition: The welfare subsidy is partial to the encouragement of the battered client to tend to divorce as if it were the only way to solve marriage. 2. (6) Holding back of specialized independence. 3 Disturbed by administrative work. 4 Unfocused media pressure. 5 Organization to the service transportation is lack of the sole responsibility resources to conform and to renew. 6 Most battered women are stranded by the economic problems and lack other resources . 7 Service supplies are mainly to serve the measure to provide. 8 Lack of the case quantity control mechanism. 9 Domestic violence prevention center becomes a notorious divorce center.
Based on research discovery and interview the material analysis, we put forward the following several suggestions. , 1.the service attention crosswise relates connection. 2. the deliver service offer links up. 3, the establishment of the domestic violence prevention social worker standard service statistics report forms. 4, take the family to rally and provide the family work mediation to be served.5 the establishment of simplification danger grades. 6 increase the social worker assistant manpower. 7 pick the real diagnosis simplification to record. 8 strengthen to serve the social worker education and training.9 open the social worker affair office to committee the service.10 conform various county cities with welfare measure project platform still waiting for development. 11. strengthen guard education to guide the woman personal safety.
