小學生家庭暴力防治團體之研究 The study of preventive group on the family violence of elementary school students

  本研究為一結合小團體輔導的行動研究,屬於預防輔導、教育性質的團體,旨在透過「溫馨美滿的家」小團體輔導的活動設計,針對國小五六年級學生進行團體,已達成以下研究目的,第一:了解學童在家庭遭受家庭暴力的情形;第二:了解學童在家庭中情感表達的模式,第三:了解學童參加「溫馨美滿的家」小團體輔導活動後,我訊息溝通技巧與生氣控制訓練成效。
本研究透過研究前訪談,以小團體輔導方式進行小學生家庭暴力防治團體之行動研究,參加學童男、女共有12位,進行十個單元為期十週的小團體輔導活動課程,並於團體方案進行中進行過程評估、結果評估。研究者針對團體的過程與內容進行質的研究與分析,而研究結論如下所述:一、學童在家庭遭受家庭暴力的情形嚴重,經過研究者實施小團體輔導之後,有以下的發現:(一)家長多採傳統的家庭管教模式(打、罵教育),(二)學童最怕的人,就是在家庭中施暴的人。二、學童情感表達的行為模式,簡單的說就是趨吉避兇。
三、「我訊息溝通法」及「生氣控制訓練」讓學童獲得有效的親子溝通之證據如下:(一)在團體分享中,學童紛紛提出運用好口氣溝通技巧與家人溝通的成果。(二)參加團體促使學童能運用生氣控制訓練掌控自己的情緒。
根據研究結果本研究亦提出幾點建議:
一、學校輔導方面:(一)兒童語文表達能力的加強及增進兒童自我保護概念,杜絕家庭暴力;(二)重視生氣控制訓練的重要性,培養學童掌控情緒的管理能力;(三)提供學童支持與學習的機會。二、家庭教育方面:(一)親職教育應加強父母教養法令宣導,以減少家長對學童的施暴;(二)父母親亦需學習「我訊息溝通法」,培養親子溝通能力,增進父母效能。
三、未來研究方向:天使地區相較而言屬於弱勢族群,其家庭亦屬於弱勢家庭,尤其外籍新娘更是本區急遽增加的人口,是故凡舉異國婚姻之夫妻相處問題、子女教養困擾、社會適應情形,均是值得去研究、去探討的課題。

 

● English Abstract:

 

     The purpose of the study is to combine a small group of elementary school students and applied to a group counseling. In addition to understanding elementary school student’s family violence to prevent and teach it, we do have 「happy and satisfied family」activities to design the programs. We focus on fifth and sixth grade students to go on. The methods of this study:
1.To know the students how to face family violence.
2.To know the students how to express their emotion.
3.To know the students how’s going on after join the counseling 「happy and satisfied family」 activities and the skills of communication and how to control their temper.
The program of the study is based on preventive family violence by the researcher leaded 12 students both girls and boys. The process begins with 10 units within 10 weeks. The researcher collects the group data and analyzes it. The following were a small group counseling drawn from this study:
1.After a group counseling, we find two conclusions as following:
(1) Parents like to obey the old, traditional discipline. (ex:using abusive language and violence to solve children’s problems)
(2) The students don’t like the most the person who uses the violence in their families.
2.The mode of the students expressing their emotion that’s the trend to be a good girl or boy.
3.「I - Messages to Communicate」and 「Anger Control Training」are good methods to effect the relation between parents and children:
(1) The students use good manner of speaking to communicate with their parents.
(2) They understand how to help themselves to control their anger.
According to this study having some suggestions:
1.Students counseling of school:
(1) To increase training children’s good language expressing way、the concept of self-protective and preventive family violence.
(2) To emphasis the important of anger control for children.
(3) Supply the opportunities for children to support and learn.
2.Family education:
(1) To instruct parents about knowledge of law by teaching children.
(2) Parents have to learn「I - Messages to Communicate」to be good parents.
3.The future study way :
There are some problems concerning with education on marriage of foreign and their children about adaptation in our society.
