家暴相對人參與反思取向處遇團體之成效研究

  本研究之主要目的是在探討家庭暴力相對人在保護令的要求下,參加認知教育輔導團體的成效。此團體的設計結合社會團體工作和體驗學習的專業。這是一個嶄新的處遇模式,欲探究家庭暴力相對人參與處遇團體後的改變狀況。

本研究採質性和量化雙軌的整合性研究方式。研究對象為家暴相對人之14位成員,將成員劃分為三個團體帶領,每一團體進行十次的處遇團體。研究過程中以家庭暴力行為改變量表、反應控制量表來進行輔導成效的分析。研究者對六位成員進行觀察紀錄分析,以評估其輔導成效。從量化資料、質性資料分析,得到研究結果如下:
1. 家暴相對人參與「反思取向處遇團體」學習歷程和態度有正向的改變。
2. 執行「反思取向處遇團體」能促進家暴相對人自我覺察、省思和成長。
3. 參與此處遇團體的家暴相對人在認知、情緒和行為上均有正向發展。
研究者基於上述的結論,對後續的研究、實務工作者、政策制定者提出相關建議,以供日後有意執行家暴相對人反思取向處遇團體的參考與依據。

 

● English Abstract:

 

     The purpose of this study was to explore the implement process and effectiveness of refection orientation group treatment to batterers of domestic violence.
  This research used qualitative and quantitative approach method. There were fourteen members, divided into three groups . Each group members participated about ten group sessions. Use University of Rhode Island change assessment_domestic violence (URICA-DV) scale and Barratt impulsiveness scale to assess the members’ pre and post-treatment change. The researchers also analyzed the observation record of six of the fourteen members as qualitative data.
  For the reflective orientation group treatment of the batterers of domestic violence, the research results are as follows .
1. There was a positive change among group members.
2. The self-awareness and personal growth were increased among groups members.
3. There were positive development at cognition, emotion, and behavior among group members.
  Based on the above conclusions , this study provides proposing advice for follow-up studies, practitioners, and policy makers. The suggestion to implement the reflective orientated treatment group was provided as well.
