　　不論是從學術或是實務觀察，受暴婦女於司法系統求助過程中，若獲得友善的經驗將對其產生正向的激力。本研究目的在於瞭解受暴婦女於法庭內之正向經驗，以提供保護令友善法庭之建議。本研究以質性研究為基礎，邀請八位受訪者進行深度訪談，陳述民事保護令法庭的經驗及對友善法庭的看法。
本研究發現可分為二大部份：第一部分為受訪者的法庭經驗。影響受訪者出庭期間之情緒與狀態，可從法院環境、法院工作人員及相對人層面探究。另出庭時受訪者對程序的不熟悉及法官的態度，也會影響被害人感受。第二部分為受訪者對於友善法庭的建議。受訪者對於友善法庭的圖像可分為人、資源與安全的友善，其中最受關注的即是人身安全的維護。
依此，本研究提出三大建議，期待能作為友善法庭建置之參考。
一、發展司法友善法庭指標，以使有效實踐。
二、增加法院專業方案，以強化家暴防治網絡合作。
三、專業法庭的普及化。

● English Abstract:

     The state of mind of female victims of domestic abuse seeking legal aid would be better off if they encounter a friendly experience in the justice system, which is true no matter from the point of view of academic debate or observation of real-world examples. This study aims to understand the positive experiences that female victims of domestic abuse may encounter in court, in order to offer recommendations for the establishing of a victim-friendly protection order court. This study took a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with eight interviewees, who were invited to relate their experiences in protection order court, and their views on the concept of a victim-friendly court.
The results of this study can be divided into two parts.The first part consists of the interviewees’ experience in court. The emotion and state of mind affecting the interviewees during their time in court were considered in association with factors that include the physical environment of the courthouse, the courthouse staff and their legal opposites. In addition, the victims’ unfamiliarity with legal proceedings and the attitude of the judges also impacted the victims’ feelings.The second part consists of the recommendations that interviewees have concerning a victim-friendly court. The impressions that the interviewees professed to have had towards a victim-friendly court environment include a friendly staff, readily available resources, and the general sense of security. The key item is the protection that could be afforded to guarantee the safety of the victims’ person.
Based on these results, this study proposes three recommendations for future reference in establishing a victim-friendly court.
1. Develop standards for victim-friendly courts specifically for the legal justice system so to contribute to its future implementation.
2. Create an initiative that can expand the capabilities of the courts by cooperating with domestic abuse prevention networks.
3. Popularize special courts.
