臺灣社會家庭暴力案件的發生時有所聞，由於國人法治觀念及自我保護意識的提升，近年來家暴通報的件數呈現上升的趨勢，除了被害人本身具備家暴案件發生後，求助社工協助、保護令聲請等各項保護要素的觀念，政府各部門的主動保護並協助被害人也有相當的成效，使臺灣成為一個家暴防治工作推動完善的國家。
本研究以新北市政府警察局2019年通報之家暴案件資料庫作為研究素材，以線性機率模型進行分析，在被害人面向、自殺面向、家暴因素面向及後續協助面向等四大面向中分析影響被害人是否願意社工介入協助之重要決定因素。透過實證發現，被害人面向中的「婚姻狀況」、「未成年子女」、「身心狀況」、「親密關係暴力」、自殺面向中的「自殺意念」、「自殺行為」、家暴因素面向中的「經濟因素」、「酗酒」及後續協助面向中的「緊急安置/庇護」、「法律扶助」、「心理治療與輔導」等11項具有顯著的解釋能力，為家暴案件被害人是否願意社工介入協助之重要決定因素。
本研究另以「親密關係暴力」作為調節變數，進入第二層次多元迴歸分析，實證結果發現調節後的各個解釋變數具備顯著的解釋能力。最後以Probit Model進行檢驗，模型維持穩健性，顯示上揭11項因素具備顯著的解釋能力，與多元迴歸分析方向一致，顯見上揭11項變數確實為被害人是否願意社工介入協助之顯著影響因子。

英文摘要：

The occurrence of domestic violence cases in Taiwan has been heard from time to time. Due to the improvement of the law and self-protection awareness of people, the number of domestic violence reports has shown an upward trend in recent years. The concept of various protection elements such as protection orders and the active protection and assistance of government departments to protect and assist victims have also achieved considerable results, making Taiwan's domestic violence prevention and control work is promoted among countries.
This research examined the determinants of social workers’ assistance in domestic violence cases reported in the New Taipei City Police Department in 2019. Through examining four facets of domestic violence: individual characteristics, suicide, reasons for domestic violence, and other assistance with the linear probability model.The results of determinants of social workers’ assistance in domestic violence as follows: marital status, minor, physical and mental status, intimate partner violence, suicidal ideation, suicidal behavior, economic factors, alcoholism, emergency placement and providing shelter, legal aid, mental rehabilitation, and psychological counseling. Research indicates that the above 11 factors are the significant determinants of social workers’ assistance in domestic violence.
This research also examined "intimacy violence" as moderators. The result shows positive correlation. Finally, the Probit Model is applied to test the model, which shows stability. The research indicates that the 11 factors are the significant determinants of social workers’ assistance in domestic violence.
