本研究旨在探討受家暴男性的心理反應，進而對伴侶親密關係影響的心路歷程。家庭暴力可分為身體暴力和精神暴力，由於，受家暴男性礙於社會鄙視和自尊心，較易隱藏心理之創傷而影響健康。因此，男性家暴受害者除了需要面對來自伴侶的傷害，也應以正面的態度促進親密關係的重建。本研究招募6位研究參與者，年齡40歲至60歲；並採取質性方法研究，運用紮根理論階段分析方法實施訪談資料蒐集，進行內容分析與概念化分析。根據上述研究發現受家暴男性的生理、心理反應影響其對伴侶的親密關係；而且，在面對性伴侶的暴力和自我意識下，造成關係緊張而影響到親密關係；在研究過程中呈現的暴力類型與約翰遜的類型學、家庭暴力的代際理論、社會學習理論之相關聯。建議受家暴男性需要正面思維，加強自信心，以溝通化解暴力；社服機構應主動連繫受家暴男性以促進社會與家庭的和諧。結論是家庭暴力除了能夠造成身體的傷害外，也對心理造成更大的傷害；然而，人格特質在研究分析過程中均顯現出對親密關係有影響，所以，家庭暴力對親密關的影響係非常大。

英文摘要：

The purpose of this study was to explore the psychological processes of male victims of domestic violence, which in turn affected the psychological process of sexual partners' intimate relationships. Domestic violence could be divided into physical violence and mental violence, because domestic violence males hinder social contempt and self-esteem, it was easier to hide psychological trauma and affect health. Therefore, in addition to facing injuries from partners, male domestic violence victims should also promoted the reconstruction of intimate relationships in a positive manner. This study recruited 6 study participants, aged 40 to 60 .And took qualitative research, and used grounded theory analysis method to conduct interview data collection, and established verbatim drafts for content analysis and conceptual analysis. Research results: It was found that the physical and psychological response of males who had domestic violence affected the intimate relationship with sexual partners. And, in the face of violence from sexual partners and self-awareness, cause tensions and affect the intimate relationship directly. The types of violence presented in the research were related to Johnson's typology, intergenerational theory of domestic violence, and social learning theory. This study suggests: Men who have suffered domestic violence need to think positively and strengthen their self-confidence to communicate and resolve violence. Social service organizations should take the initiative to connect men who suffer domestic violence to promote social and family harmony. The conclusion of this study: In addition to the physical harm that domestic violence can cause, it can also cause greater psychological harm. however, personality traits have been shown to affect intimacy during the research and analysis process. Therefore, the impact of domestic violence on intimacy is very large.
