本研究樣本以新北市政府警察局2019年全年度通報之家庭暴力案件為研究標的，探討家庭暴力被害人之個人特質、受暴因素及受暴型態等各變數對於被害人是否產生自殺意念之影響。本研究以「被害人有無自殺意念或行為｣為被解釋變數，並以「被害人性別｣、「被害人教育程度｣、「被害人有無職業｣、「被害人有無受到肢體暴力｣、「被害人有無受到精神暴力｣、「被害人受傷程度｣、「加害人施暴有無使用武器｣、「個性、感情、外遇問題｣、「財務支配、經濟問題｣、「加害人酗酒問題｣、「個案是否涉及刑事案件｣、「被害人有無急迫危險｣及「被害人是否要聲請保護令｣等13個為解釋變數，進行多元線性迴歸模型分析。其次加入「被害人有無受到精神暴力｣為調節變數與「加害人施暴有無使用武器｣、「財務支配、經濟問題｣、「加害人酗酒問題｣及「被害人是否要聲請保護令｣等進行交叉項分析，以最小平方法來估計。
其中以「被害人有無受到精神暴力｣、「被害人受傷程度｣、「加害人施暴有無使用武器｣、「個性、感情、外遇問題｣、「財務支配、經濟問題｣、「被害人有無急迫危險｣及「被害人是否要聲請保護令｣等7項變數具有顯著之解釋性能力，為影響被害人有無自殺意念或行為之關鍵因素，亦即當家暴案件有上述情況時，被害人產生自殺意念或行為的可能性會提高。根據統計分析會從原先基礎統計量的4.67％增加1.4％至5.8％不等的比例，幅度約為原始比例的1/4到2倍。因此本研究認為若要預防家庭暴力被害人產生自殺意念或行為，可以試著從上述7項變數切入，在實務層面上對症下藥並給予心理支持與協助，例如宣導民眾善用法律諮詢、勇於報案不要隱忍、轉介心理諮商或治療、透過各地方政府勞工部門給予經濟困難之家庭成員就業機會或補助等，都能讓被害人走出傷痛並有效降低被害人之自殺意念或行為。

英文摘要：

The purpose of this study was to investigate personal qualities,the factor of violent and the model of violent, and related New Taipei City Department 108 years domestic violence cases are adopted to support this study.The study use dose the victim have willing or behavior of suicide as response variable, and use 13 explanatory variable, including gender of victim, education of victim, occupation of victim, physical violence of victim, mental violence of victim, degree of injury, does offender use weapon or tool, problems of emotion, problems of finance and Loan, problems of alcoholic, does the case become criminal case, does victim have emergency risks and does victim apply for the protection orders, analyze by multiple regression model. And add mental violence of victim as moderator, combine with does offender use weapon or tool, problems of finance and Loan, problems of alcoholic and does victim apply for the protection orders, estimate by cross analysis and ordinary least squares.
Based on this study, present mental violence of victim, degree of injury, does offender use weapon or tool, problems of emotion, problems of finance and Loan, does victim have emergency risks and does victim apply for the protection orders these 7 variables are the crux of the victim have willing or behavior of suicide. If victims have these 7 variables situations, it may improve victim’s willing or behavior of suicide. Based on analysis of this study, the rate of willing or behavior of suicide will increase from 4.67% to 1.4% & 5.8%. The research conclusion of this study was using these 7 variables situations into practical current status. For example, referral from social workers to psychological counseling、provide job opportunities or relief package, all this like that can help victim overcome sadness and decrease the rate of willing or behavior of suicide.
