　　暴力，是一種對婦女的偏見和歧視中最極端的表現。性別化暴力行為更反映 出兩性間存在之不平等。隨著婦女運動的潮流推演，與政府推動「性別主流化」 納入為決策依據一段時間後，本研究期望藉由性別主流化觀點檢視家庭暴力防治 網絡中的性別刻板化與欺壓議題，網絡中的社工會否複製了傳統父權思想於實務 工作中，是否具有批判能力來檢視傳統父權結構社會對男女角色刻板化與地位不 平等制度化現象，進而反思社工教育訓練的性別意識與敏感度的訓練。 本研究的目的分四為方面：首先，探究受訪者對於性別主流化與CEDAW 的 理解與省思；其次，探究受訪者性別與權力意識覺醒。再者，瞭解受訪者性別與 權力意識形成之影響因素與歷程。最後，探討受訪者其性別與權力覺醒如何落實 於工作實踐上；本研究採質性研究，搭配問卷、焦點團體、深度訪談及讀書會等 四種方法進行資料蒐集工作。 本研究第一年計劃將透過性別主流化與CEDAW 的觀點，瞭解目前國內家暴 網絡中的父權意識與性別角色刻板化。第二年則以修讀過家暴相關課程社工系學 生為受訪對象，透過深度訪談來與實務工作者對照，透過讀書團體的過程，透過 實踐個人經驗與反思，打破兩性的差異，最後提出如何推動性別主流化在實務工 作與社工教育上之建議。

● English Abstract:

     The violence against women is the most extreme practice, for the purpose of race prejudicing and oppressing female. Gender-based violence is also a major human rights problem and inequality between two sexes throughout the world. Due to the developing trend of feminist movement, the international women’s organizations have developed the concept of “Gender mainstreaming”, in order to fight for the interests and rights of all genders. In 2005, the Executive Yuan of Taiwan have launched “Ministerial Gender Mainstreaming implementation programme”. The concept of “Gender Mainstreaming” has become an index in our government when it comes to develop new policies, in order to increase public servants’ awareness on this issue. This study will employ qualitative research, data will be collected from questionnaire survey, focus group as well as in-depth and semi-structure interviews, is a fundamental task in the first year of the study. In the second year, it focuses on the impact of those curriculums on domestic violence and relevant modules, analyzes the transformational process of these social work students’ involvement in gender equity education programmes, This study is aimed at four objectives, firstly to explore the respondent’s subjective experience and reflective thinking on the concepts of gender mainstreaming and CEDAW ; secondly to examine the respondent’ s awareness on their gender and power consciousness; thirdly to analyze the transformational process of their gender-awareness and to review the factors influencing the personal experience on their gender/sexuality consciousness-raising process. Lastly, to examine how do the domestic violence advocates apply their gender awareness practically and how to use gender perspective on their own work. My research analysis use feminist approach to analyse all the interviews material I collected and which is described in greater detail in the methodology chapter. In this way, I will explore the two different group interviewees’ who is practitioner from domestic violence practice and social work student from various universities, in an attempt to bring them into an insight on review himself/herself about any previous experiences/events regarding gender stereo-type or sexuality discrimination. Base on these scenarios, do a comprehensive analysis and discussion to present the researcher’s viewpoint and conclusion.
