　　因為伴侶外遇而演變成兇殺事件者，在親密殺人案件中的比例頗高；研究者在實務工作中也常接觸到此類案例，對其心理特徵與機制頗為好奇：何以在通姦除罪化的現代化趨勢中做出此憾事？國內相關研究頗為缺乏，實應盡速補足，以應研究與實務之需。為了深化研究內涵，本研究溶入類型學與多元文化諮商觀點，邀請十位殺害不貞伴侶的男性收容人接受深度訪談、施測個性特徵量表，並審閱其判決書、社工訪談紀錄、犯罪紀錄，再以共識質性研究方法進行文本分析。結果可區分成三個範疇：關係主義下的男性主體思維、男寬女嚴的貞節標準、中低階層的恐怖型親密暴力者。研究者據此結果與目前常用的分類文獻比對，發現部分案例有兼具兩種類型之共病現象，此為過去類型論的學者以群聚分析進行理論驗證時不易發現之處。其次，受訪者普遍顯露父權宰制思維，此頗為契合女性主義所述；相對的，受訪者也呈現傳統華人關係主義之價值認同，此顯然異於女性主義的視框。顯示若欲周延理解台灣男性親密暴力的心理特徵，除了採行類型論與女性主義的論述，亦宜思索突破現有分類架構的缺漏、並補充華人文化的考量。 

● English Abstract:

     The probability of intimate partner homicide who considered wives commit infidelity occupied one of the top reasons among couple murdering. I also have observed many cases within prisons and been curious about their psychological features: what make them murder their intimate partners along with adultery decriminalization and female self-awareness trend? The reference related to this issue is sparse, but the needs to clarify it is emergent in theoretic rationale and practice. In order to well probe in this study, I adopt typological and multicultural counseling perspectives. Ten male prisoners were invited as participators, who consider their wives commit infidelity. I adopt consensual qualitative research (CQR) to analyze text which includes interview scripts, the results of Chinese Personality Disorders Inventory, written verdicts, records made by social workers. The results could be induced into three categories, namely: patriarchal ideology within collectivism, strict fidelity standers for female and loose ones for male, terrorism type with middle and low social status. Comparing these results to the typological reference, some interviewees showed co-morbidity, which is hardly to be found among former research that adopt cluster analysis method to test typological theories. On the other hand, it is similar to feminism description that the male IPVs take patriarchal ideology. However, it is different from feminism that interviewees in this study identify traditional Chinese value system. To sum up, to comprehensive understand psychological features of Taiwan male intimate partner homicide who consider their wives commit infidelity, it is need to find some ways breaking through defects in nowadays typology and take cultural considerations, in additional adopt feminism theory and typological frame to understand them.
