With the great leap of internet technology nowadays, the impact to improve the performance of ppeople traditional business. E-commerce is one of them.The current trend of the world , e-commerce has enjoyed its wide popularity, and become more acceptable to us. However, seeing this trend from a negative angle, it’s easy to uncover trading crisis including trading frauds, the practice of deception, and the business dispute. They are not only rampant but common as well. As a consequence, the thesis develops in two ways: the first aims to document various skills and models behind trading trickery, and the other tries to map out the specific acts before an internet crime rises, based on date analysis over the past deception cases. Surely, what I desire most is to cut the losses of online trading. The direction of the studies is on grounds of related theories or documents, and analysis over lots of cases. Also, with the help of data-analysis from professional experts, I aim to figure out the specific traits behind extortion before a deal is made between seller and buyer, and make clear what the normal is from the abnormal in the internet. In a sense, my thesis paper is trying to set up the strategy that can correctly predict and foresee the crisis in deals, such as whether the buyer’s identity is confirmed thought talks on phone, or any pictures available for buyer to make sure the things they purchase, or the time for consumer to use or return. The outcomes of my thesis paper could not be more positive in prevention of trading fraud, and of great help and value for police bureau to detect out the online crimes. It also works to help online consumers to recognize the normal electric business before a deal is being done.
