價值觀與少年犯罪行為之關係 The relationship between human values and delinquency

本研究旨在探討少年自我覺知的內外在價值觀差異與親子關係、師生
關係、同儕關係、情緒狀況和偏差及犯罪行為之間的關聯性。 本研究
以在學國中生及少年輔育院國中班院生為受試對象,實得樣本共 400人,
男女生各半。研究使用的工具為自編之基本資料問卷、「價值觀量表」、
「情緒狀況量表」、「親子關係量表」、「同儕關係量表」、「師生關係
量表」、「偏差及犯罪行為量表」。 研究主要的發現有,在價值觀
方面,少年的價值觀較偏重在以自己周遭的人為中心的價值觀,而少年認
為父母親較重視自我滿足,認為老師較重視社會國家價值及道德行為。
在少年自我覺知的內外在價值觀差異方面,犯罪少年覺知自我與外在他人
在價值系統上的差異較一般少年大,而男生在價值系統上的差異較女生來
得大。 在親子關係、師生關係、同儕關係、情緒狀況和偏差及犯罪行
為方面,犯罪少年與父母、老師及同儕之間的依附關係比一般少年來得差
,有較多的情緒障礙,犯罪行為的頻率及種類也較多。且對一般少年及犯
罪少年而言,親子關係皆是影響其情緒狀況的重要因素。 在少年自
我覺知的內外在價值觀差異與依附關係、情緒狀況和偏差及犯罪行為之間
的關係方面,犯罪少年自我覺知的親子間價值觀差異對偏差及犯罪行為有
直接的影響,而犯罪少年自我覺知的同儕間價值觀差異則會先影響情緒狀
況,再影響其偏差及犯罪行為。 根據本研究的結果提出以下幾個對
親職教育與學校教育的建議﹕1.重視親子間互動關係,溝通親子間價值觀
差異,並維持良好親子關係﹔2.敏感及重視少年的情緒問題,藉由改善親
子及師生間的依附關係,來減輕少年的情緒障礙,以維護少年的身心健康
及減少偏差及犯罪行為的發生。

The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship
between thevalue differences of inside from outside which
adolescents are aware of, parent-child relation, teacher-student
relation, peer relation, emotional situation, deviant behaviors
and juvenile delinquencies. There are 400 subjects.Half of
the subjects are junior high school studentsand half are
approved school students, besides males and females are half-
and-half. The equipment includes basic data questionnaire,
value questionnaire, emotional situation survey, parent-child
relation survey, peer relation survey, teacher-student relation
survey, deviant behavior and juvenile delinquency questionnaire.
There are several main findings. First, adolescents emphasize
the values that interrelate with the person snear themselves.
Besides they feel their parents emphasize self-gratification and
morals, and they feel their teachers emphasize social values and
ethical behaviors. Second, delinquents aware more value
differences of inside from outside than normal adolescents, and
boys aware more value differences than girls. Third,
delinquents have worse attachment to parents, teachers and
peers,more emotional disturbances, and more juvenile
delinquencies. Besides to allthe subjects, parent-child relation
is a very important factor of emotional disturbances. Fourth,
the value differences which delinquents aware between their
parentsand themselves have a direct influence on delinquencies.
Besides the value differences which delinquents aware between
peers and themselves influence their emotional situation at
first then influence deviant behaviors and juvenile
delinquencies. According to this research, there are several
suggestions to make. First, parents should emphasize their
interaction to their children, communicate withtheir children
about their value differences, and keep parent-child
relationwell. Second, grownups should emphasize and be sensitive
ro adolescents'''''''' emotional problems. To reduce adolescents''''''''
emotional disturbances, deviant behaviors and juvenile
delinquencies, parents and teachers should improve
theirattachment to adolescents.
