本研究旨在探討家庭經濟與青少年犯罪率之關係，並考量城鄉差距造成的影響，以利政府釐定家庭與教育政策之參考，實證時採用1999-2015年各縣市所提供之統計資料，檢驗各縣市家庭經濟的內容與教育文化的關係，並納入城鄉差異的考量。結果發現家庭收支、家計人口、不動產持有情況及城鄉差異對青少年犯罪率有顯著影響。

This study aims to explore the relationship between family economics and juvenile delinquency rates. The empirical time is based on the secondary statistics of household statistics and juvenile crime statistics in counties and cities from 1999 to 2016. The relationship between household economy and juvenile crime rate in each county and county is examined. The results show that the family economic situation will affect the juvenile crime rate. Finally, the results of the data analysis are discussed and suggestions are made for government agencies to make future improvements
