從中輟到誤入歧途少年之生命故事研究 –以臺北少年觀護所為例 Aims to Explore the Violent Crimes of Dropout Juveniles from Taipei Juvenile Detention House

本研究旨在探討中輟生之少年暴力犯罪,本研究以質性研究之敘事法為研究方法,透過受訪少年敘說自己的生命故事之方式蒐集研究資料,以少年觀護所收容少年在觸犯刑罰法律前是否已經是中輟學生,透過少年敘說其生命故事中,希冀從家庭互動、學校學習、中途輟學、以及為何走入歧途之過程,每個階段的獨特事件和衝突點去連貫每一個負向的原因和歷程,以及未來生活的想法。
總計訪談四位受訪者,透過五大面向分析出受訪者的觀點,依「少年特質分析」、「少年家庭互動情形分析」、「少年學校學習狀況分析」、「少年同儕友伴分析」、「少年進入收容機構後的影響分析」呈現犯罪少年生命故事上的經驗。就本研究之分析結果而言,發現家庭結構不完整,家庭教養方式、親子間的關係、學校學習、家庭暴力、同儕友伴的仿效均是受訪者學習暴力行為的來源之一。
此外,少年犯罪特有的「對朋友要講義氣」跟「群體活動」也是讓少年在不得不的狀況之犯下傷害罪、組織犯罪、殺人未遂罪、妨害自由罪、槍砲罪等等暴力犯罪。本研究最後依研究所得之結果,提出對家庭、學校、社區、媒體上的犯罪預防建議。

 

英文摘要:

This study aims to explore the violent crimes of dropout juveniles. This study used the method of narrating as the research method, in which I collected research materials through the life stories told by the interviewed teenagers in our juvenile detention center. Whether they had already been dropouts before breaking the law, through their stories, I hope to connect every negative factor throughout the courses of their lives from unique events such as interactions in their families, schooling, and dropping out of school that caused them to go down the wrong path. Moreover, try to understand their thoughts for the future.

I analyzed the points of views of the four interviewers through five cases: "Trait analysis", "Family interaction analysis", "School performance analysis", "Peers analysis", and "Impact analysis after entering the detention center." I use these analyses to show the life experiences of these teenagers who performed criminal acts.

The result shows that incomplete family, parenting style, parent-child relationship, schooling, domestic violence, and peer relationships are all factors that cause them to develop violent tendency.

In addition, popular amongst juvenile criminals, "loyalty" and "group gangs" are also reasons that cause juveniles to commit crime of injury, organized crimes, attempted murder, offense against personal freedom, and gun crimes when they are given few choices.

Finally, I will propose some suggestions for crime prevention in ffamily, school, community, and media based on the results of this research.
