本研究旨在探討家庭經濟、教育與青少年犯罪率之關係，以利政府釐定家庭與教育政策之參考，實證時採用1999-2017年各縣市所提供之統計資料，檢驗各縣市家庭經濟的內容、教育程度與青少年犯罪的關係。結果發現家庭收支、不動產持有情況及教育程度對青少年犯罪率有顯著影響。
英文摘要：
This study focuses on discussing the relationship between family economics, education and juvenile delinquency rates. The empirical time is based on the secondary statistics of household statistics and juvenile crime statistics in counties and cities from 1999 to 2017. This research aims to find out how household economy and educational impact juvenile crime rate in each county and city. The results show that the family economic situation and educational influence the juvenile crime rate. Finally, the results of the data analysis are discussed and suggestions are made for government agencies to make future improvements.
