累次犯罪少年陷落與再起的生命經驗敘說 From Sinking to Rising: The Life Experience Narratives of Repeated Delinquent Youth

本研究旨在探討累次犯罪少年陷落與再起的生命經驗探討。透過立意取樣,邀請三位符合研究條件的研究參與者,以半結構的訪談大綱進行深度訪談,並用敘事分析法中的「類別-內容」分析法進行分析,先呈現累次犯罪少年之生命故事,再進行個別故事及三位研究參與者跨故事之分析討論。研究結果分成以下兩大部分:

一、 生命故事面貌
累次犯罪少年之生命故事因人而異,生命故事和其經驗各有各的獨特性在,而且累犯少年對自己的生命歷程之詮釋,會受到其各階段時間、身分不同,而有不同的想法和感受,不適合用理論或特定演進的順序加以觀察與詮釋。
三位研究參與者生命故事共同階段分為四個部分:「聽見孩子內心的真實聲音」、「青少年與家庭和學校的距離忽遠忽近」、「青少年陷落的原因」、 「青少年再起的契機」。
二、 陷落與再起的因素
陷落的因素有:「犯罪同儕影響」、「生活壓力逼不得已」、「個人神話」、「家庭的無可奈何」、「學校態度的不一致」。再起的因素有:「改變的契機點」、「與家庭的距離越來越近」、「與環境其他人的互動」、「個人成長與改變」。

 

英文摘要:

The purpose of this research is to understand the life experience from sinking to rising of repeated delinquent youth. Three participants were recruited for in-depth interviews, and the collected data was analyzed from the “category-content” perspective. The research findings can be summarized into two main categories.
1). Profiles of the life stories
The life stories of repeated delinquent youth is different, their each life stories and experience are unique, according to different times and identity has different thinking and feeling, and therefore cannot be categorized or explained based on a single theory or a particular developmental sequence.
The profiles of the life narratives of the three participants can be divided into four stages :(Hear the true voice in child heart), (The distance between adolescents and family, school is close and far away), (The reasons for the sinking of youth), (The reasons for the rising of youth).
2). The reasons for sinking and rising
The reasons of sinking: (Influence of criminal peers), (The life pressure is compelled), (Personal fable), (The helpless of family), (The inconsistent of school staff attitude).The reasons for rising: (The opportunity for change), (The distance between youth and family is closer), (The interaction with others in life), (The personal growth and change).
