本研究目的在探究國內保護管束少年再犯行為發生之可能原因,並對再犯行為發生之時間因素進行探索。本研究以台灣士林地方法院執行第一次保護管束的70名青少年為樣本,進行六個月的追蹤訪談。結果顯示影響少年再犯行為的關鍵因素是少年結交偏差行為朋友的數量。另外對於較輕微的再犯行為,家庭關係亦有影響力。而對於少年再犯行為發生的高危險階段,是在保護管束開始執行兩個月內。本研究根據研究結果,提出相關的再犯預防措施。 

English Abstract

This study was to examine factors that are associated with recidivism among juvenile probationers. Seventy subjects were recruited. A 6-month follow-up interview was applied to assess the occurrence of re-offending behaviors. Results revealed that the numbers of delinquent friends are associated with recidivism among the probationers. For the probationers who were involved in minor delinquent behaviors, family relation is the important predict factor for their recidivism. Survival analysis appeared that 90 days after probation is a critical period for youth recidivism. Implications based on study results are also discussed.
