Police Occupational Crime refers to the criminal behaviors against the articles about malfeasance in the Criminal Law and the Anti-Corruption Statute committed by a police officer making use of his or her privilege or official position. Police occupational crimes are white-collar crimes—a criminal pattern of the government. In addition to the imperceptible characteristics of general white-collar crimes, police officers are familiar with all the criminal investigation approaches and their “anti-investigation” ability has made the investigation a difficult task. In the police organizational system, departments in charge of supervision, inspection, and government ethics are official anti-criminal mechanisms and have their substantial functions in strengthening crime control and preventing the occurrence of police occupational crimes.
